Individual Football Training Programme: What to Expect
A written 4-week programme, built from observing the player: three short sessions a week, a few clear priorities and simple lifestyle guidelines to progress over time.
A Programme Designed for the Player
Every programme starts with observing the player, in a match, at training or on video. There's no generic copy-paste plan: two or three priorities are chosen, not everything at once.
Sessions last 30 to 45 minutes, with a ball, a few cones and a wall. They're scheduled on days without club sessions, with a genuine rest day and never high intensity the day before a match.
The Steps
Week 1
Getting started: simple sessions to build the routine and the right habits.
Week 2
Working on the main priority, with a check-in depending on the plan.
Week 3
Progression: a bit more intensity and precision, always adapted to age.
Week 4
A new observation in a match, a review and the choice of next goals.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does this replace club training?
No. It's a complement, which adds to club training and matches.
What about pain or injury?
I don't give medical advice. If pain persists, stop the exercise and see a doctor or physiotherapist; the programme is then adjusted.
